🛍️ Orders
All orders must be paid in full. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

📦 Shipping
Please ensure your address is correct. We are not responsible for delivery delays or issues once dispatched.

🔄 Returns & Refunds

• Unclaimed parcels may be refunded (excluding postage) with a 15% restocking fee
• Re-delivery costs must be paid by the customer
• Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours with photo evidence

🎁 Products
Scoop/mystery items vary and are non-returnable unless damaged.
